When you commission drone photography or videography services from Cinelens, you agree to the following regarding the usage of any media (the "Content") produced:

Attribution: You agree to give appropriate credit to Cinelens when displaying or using our Content. The credit should be provided in a manner that is suitable for the platform, purpose, and context of use.
Adaptation: The Content may not be modified, adapted, or altered without written permission from Cinelens.

Cinelens reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms and Conditions. If an account is terminated due to violations, all outstanding payments will still be due, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: Full payment for our services is required upon completion of the project, unless a specific contract stipulates a different payment schedule.

All services provided by Cinelens are offered "as is" and "as available." Cinelens makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, reliability, or availability of the services. We do not guarantee that our services will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays.

Return and Refund Policy

At CineLens, I strive to provide the highest quality photography and videography services to my clients. However, due to the nature of my work, I have a clear return and refund policy to ensure that my clients are aware of the terms and conditions when booking with me.

1. Services Provided

My services include photography, videography, editing, and other related services as outlined in the contract. Once the services are rendered, including any photos or videos delivered to the client, they are considered final.

2. Cancellations

Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' this will come with no extra cost.
My Cancellations: In the rare case that I need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will offer to reschedule your session at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

3. Refund Policy for Services

Due to the custom nature of my work, I do not offer refunds once services have been completed (e.g., photos, videos, or other media). However, if there are issues with the delivered work (such as technical errors, damage, or discrepancies in agreed-upon content), I will work with you to resolve the problem by:

Offering a free re-edit or correction of the media.
Providing a partial refund if the issue cannot be corrected to your satisfaction.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

I aim for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your photos or videos after receiving the final edits, please contact me within [7 days] of delivery so I can address your concerns. I will review your feedback and make reasonable adjustments to meet your expectations.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive any digital products that are damaged or defective, please contact me immediately. I will replace the defective files at no additional cost.

6. Late Deliveries

While I strive to deliver all final work in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your photos or videos are delivered later than the agreed-upon deadline, I will inform you of the new timeline.

7. Non-Refundable Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking with me. This deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel after booking, the deposit will not be returned, but it can be applied to a future session if rescheduled within [90 days].

8. Exclusions

Refunds or exchanges are not offered for:

Client errors or changes after the completion of the session.
Changes to the project scope that were not previously discussed and agreed upon.
Discontent with specific artistic choices or styles that were part of the original agreement.
