Return & Refund Policy
At CineLens, I strive to provide the highest quality photography and videography services to my clients. However, due to the nature of my work, I have a clear return and refund policy to ensure that my clients are aware of the terms and conditions when booking with me.
My services include photography, videography, editing, and other related services as outlined in the contract. Once the services are rendered, including any photos or videos delivered to the client, they are considered final.
Due to the custom nature of my work, I do not offer refunds once services have been completed (e.g., photos, videos, or other media). However, if there are issues with the delivered work (such as technical errors, damage, or discrepancies in agreed-upon content), I will work with you to resolve the problem by:
I aim for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your photos or videos after receiving the final edits, please contact me within [7 days] of delivery so I can address your concerns. I will review your feedback and make reasonable adjustments to meet your expectations.
If you receive any digital products that are damaged or defective, please contact me immediately. I will replace the defective files at no additional cost.
While I strive to deliver all final work in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your photos or videos are delivered later than the agreed-upon deadline, I will inform you of the new timeline.
A deposit is required to secure your booking with me. This deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel after booking, the deposit will not be returned, but it can be applied to a future session if rescheduled within [90 days].
